Fixed Bottom: Secure the Bottom Hook-and-Loop or Buckles to the Matching Points on the Back of the Chest Rig.

Adjust the Fit: After Putting It On, Adjust the Back Panel Height Using the Shoulder Strap Adjusters so That It Conforms to Your Back, Ensuring the Load Is Evenly Distributed.
