3.Product Sample: All bag styles can be sampled based on the actual samples or pictures provided by the customer.Fabric materials can be selected according to customer requirements to control product cost unit price.Generally, regular color fabrics are available in stock, while special colors require large-scale orders.Proofing time: approximately 3-7 days, proofing fee: charged based on product complexity ranging from 100-300 yuan, refundable after placing order.LOGO production board fee is additional: LOGO silk screen and embroidery for 1-3 colors costs 100-300 yuan, plastic LOGO mold opening costs 600 yuan, metal LOGO mold opening costs 600 yuan.

4.Order Contract: Both Parties Confirm the Product Style, Quantity, Unit Price, Color, Material, Logo Production Process and Delivery Time, and Then Sign the Order Contract.All Matters Shall Be Subject to the Provisions of the Contract.

5.Production time: Generally, the production time for in-stock fabrics is about 15 days.If the order is very urgent, we can prioritize production based on the workshop's order schedule and try to deliver earlier.Special materials and colors take about 15-30 days to order.

6.Packaging method: Each product is packaged in OPP bags (transparent plastic bags), 100-200 pieces per box, using high-quality durable cartons to prevent product damage during transportation.

7.Transportation method: We can handle the consignment on your behalf, and the freight will be determined according to the contract.Our factory can arrange delivery to your doorstep.Out-of-town customers can choose: a.Car transportation (with long-term cooperation with dedicated direct logistics companies, also available with Xingbang, Debon, etc.logistics companies, can specify door-to-door delivery or collect payment on delivery).b.Air transportation (suitable for customers with particularly urgent deadlines, faster options are more expensive).

8. Payment method: A 30% deposit is required when placing an order. You can inspect the goods at our factory before delivery, and after paying the remaining 70%, we will arrange shipment.
